Title: 'Creating a Growth Culture'

Even in a prosperous economy, growing a business can still be challenging.  Too often as business leaders we focus on strategy and tactical actions to initiate growth opportunities.  At the same time, we undervalue or ignore the importance of creating a culture of growth.

Generating clear cultural beliefs based on deliberate experiences develops a solid foundation for growth.  Join the Société de Chimie Industrielle on May 16th to learn about creating a growth culture in your company.

As we explore the journey at Acme-Hardesty Co.,  you will discover insights applicable to your own company that address the following critical issues:

        -   How do companies build the confidence to grow?
        -   What are cultural beliefs and how will they impact your ability to grow?
        -   What tools are available to help your company develop a growth culture?
        -   What does success look like when a company achieves a culture of growth?
