Constantyn Chalitsios, Chief Digital Officer, Westlake Corporation
With over 30 years of experience, Constantyn leads Westlake’s AI and Digital Program, driving innovation across R&D, engineering, and supply chain functions. He has worked in diverse industries, leveraging digital platforms to reshape technology, infrastructure, and organizational models. He holds advanced degrees in Electronics and robotics and an MBA in Finance from Rice University and nine patents in Nuclear Physics applications.
Dan Futter, Chief Commercial Officer, Dow
Dan is transforming Dow into the most customer-centric material science company, leveraging digital technologies to enhance customer journeys. His career spans 37 years, including leadership roles at Dow Corning, where he pioneered their e-commerce platform and Exxon Mobil. Dan also serves on several executive boards and holds a BSc in Biochemistry with Biotechnology from the University of Birmingham, UK.
Moin Haque, Head of Enterprise Data and AI, International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF)
A seasoned technology leader, Moin drives data and analytics strategies to empower global businesses. With a career spanning multiple industries, he has held pivotal roles, including Chief Data Officer at Warner Music Group and Chief Technology Officer at Master Clinicians. Moin holds an MBA from Baruch College and a BS in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Chris Musso, Senior Partner, Global Chemicals Practice Leader, Rocky Mountain Office Managing Partner, McKinsey and Company
Chris leads McKinsey’s Rocky Mountain Region and its Global Chemical Practice. With a PhD in Engineering Systems and expertise in AI-driven digital growth, he has helped transform development and marketing processes with several clients in the chemical industry. Previously, Chris served as President of Polaris’ off-road vehicles division, overseeing $4 billion in revenue and achieving over 10% annual growth.
Jay Bhatia, CEO, Agilis Commerce (MODERATOR)
As the founder and CEO of Agilis, Jay combines deep expertise in digital transformation with nearly two decades of experience in the chemical industry. Before founding Agilis in 2018, a software company delivering digital solutions tailored to the chemical sector, Jay held commercial leadership roles at BASF and Shell for 18 years.
